Meet John Craib
Owner of JC Home Solutions LLC. Electrician by trade, contractor by reputation, inspector because he believes every homeowner deserves the full picture.
Built on one simple idea
John Craib started out as an apprentice electrician and spent more than 15 years wiring homes and businesses across Central Indiana. Along the way he kept seeing the same thing: homeowners who'd been let down by contractors who cut corners, didn't call back or left a mess behind.
So he started JC Home Solutions with one simple idea, printed right on the logo: reliable work, lasting results. Show up on time, do it right, charge a fair price and stand behind it.
As the business grew, customers kept asking John to look over houses before they bought them. He became a licensed Indiana home inspector so he could give buyers the same honest, detailed assessment he'd want for his own family.
Today JC Home Solutions is still owner-operated. When you call, you talk to John. When work gets done, John is on the job.

How we work
Do it right the first time
We'd rather take an extra hour than come back to fix a shortcut. Every job is built to pass inspection and to last.
Respect your home
Drop cloths, shoe covers and daily cleanup. We treat your house the way we'd want ours treated.
Be straight with people
If something doesn't need replacing, we'll tell you. If it's outside our wheelhouse, we'll point you to someone good.
