Yes, for electrical, remodeling and repair projects in our service area. We'll look at the job, answer your questions and send a written, itemized estimate. Troubleshooting calls (finding an unknown electrical problem) are billed as a service call because the diagnosis is the work.
Credit and debit cards, checks and cash. Larger projects are usually billed with a deposit at signing, a progress payment and the balance on completion.
Yes. Our workmanship is warrantied for one year. Materials and fixtures carry their manufacturer's warranty. If something we installed isn't right, call us and we'll make it right.
Most electrical work beyond swapping a fixture or outlet needs a permit in Indianapolis, Anderson and the surrounding towns. That includes panel changes, new circuits and rewiring. We pull the permit and schedule the inspection as part of the job.
Common signs: breakers that trip often, a 60A or 100A service in a house with central air and modern appliances, plans for an EV charger or hot tub, or a Federal Pacific, Zinsco or fuse panel. We can do a load calculation to tell you for sure.
Yes. We install Level 2 chargers for every brand. We'll check whether your panel has room and recommend the right charger amperage for your car and your service.
For urgent problems such as a burning smell, sparking outlets or a dead circuit that runs something important, call us and we'll get someone out as quickly as we can, including evenings and weekends. If there's smoke or fire, call 911 first.
Most homes take 2.5 to 4 hours depending on size, age and condition. You're welcome to attend; we recommend joining for the last hour so John can walk you through the findings.

Not on a home we've inspected for a buyer, for 12 months after the inspection. That keeps our inspections independent: an inspector shouldn't benefit from finding problems. We're happy to recommend other trusted contractors. If someone else did your inspection, we can price and complete those repairs.
Yes, radon testing is available as an add-on with any inspection. Much of Central Indiana has elevated radon potential, so we recommend it for most homes.
No. An inspection isn't pass/fail. It's an objective look at the home's condition so you can make an informed decision, negotiate repairs or plan for future maintenance.
